30 days from the day you receive your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.

Yes, returns are free in mainland France. We email you a label to print, and you drop the parcel off at a pickup point or post office.

Once we receive and check the parcel at our warehouse, we process your refund within 30 business days at most (often much sooner). How long it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Send us a photo of the defect at hello@myblanketclub.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund right away, at our expense.

Machine wash at 86°F (30°C) on a delicate cycle. Air dry out of direct sunlight. No ironing, no dry cleaning.

A little fiber shedding is normal with any faux fur, especially in the first wash. It drops noticeably from the second cycle on.
