These Sales Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the sale of products (the "Products") on the myblanketclub.com website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all orders and purchases made on the Site and are subject to change at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the Site are in euros for France and in US dollars for the United States. Prices include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Order acceptance

Orders are not considered accepted until we have sent you a confirmation email. We may cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the order is incomplete or incorrect.

The customer will be informed by email if an order is rejected.

4. Delivery

Our delivery services are currently available in France and the United States.

Estimated delivery times

Processing time before shipping: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time after shipping: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total delivery time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather.

5. Use of the product

Products purchased on the Site may not be used or resold for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent purposes.

6. Withdrawal policy

Unless marked "Final sale", products may be returned in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.

7. Payment methods

8. Refunds

Refund deadline: the refund will be processed within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.

Refund conditions: a refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.

Refund methods: refunds are made to the payment method used at purchase.

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel or refuse to process an order. In that case, the amount of the order will not be available for further use on your credit card until it is credited back to your account, which may take up to 30 business days.

9. Liability

We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under French law.
